The service

The core of Bildbrauerei is video production, but we now cover a broader spectrum. We use and create the entire spectrum of media (video/audio/social media/gamification/AI&AI) and provide support from the initial idea and conception to marketing and strategic planning.

The motivation

We were always told that to be successful in our industry we needed to move to one of the big "media cities." We wanted to prove to the doubters that we can build an agency in our home country that can compete with Berlin, Munich and Hamburg.

The idea

Find the most creative and motivated talents from the region and bring them together in a team to establish the Rhine-Neckar region/Heidelberg as a media stronghold.

The challenge

The first step is to convey to large clients that they can trust such a young team. In addition, we always have to be up to date with the latest developments, as the media sector is extremely changing.

The current status

We have now opened a second location in Luxembourg and spun off various other agencies, so that we now work in a full-service orientation. The agency family has grown from three founders to 40 team members.

Personal advice for founders

Make it easy. Everything doesn't always have to be perfectly planned before you take the first step.
