The decisions have been made and all interested founders and self-employed people are cordially invited to the KLIMA ARENA: From 44 applications submitted for the FEMALE FOUNDERS CUP 2023, ten teams were able to qualify for the final on December 15, 2023 at 15:00 p.m. in the KLIMA ARENA qualify in Sinsheim. Already at 14:00 p.m. you have the opportunity to take part in a guided tour of the KLIMA-ARENA, before Dr. Patrick Rapp, State Secretary in the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economics, Labor and Tourism, opened the final at 15:00 p.m. In three minutes each, the founders or founding teams, with a proportion of 50 percent women, have to convince the jury with their business idea.

- Menopriva, Walldorf, with a product range specifically tailored to menopause, Site
- nordesign, Rottenburg, which offers sustainable and unpackaged products from the household helper sector, Site
- nuca., Stockach, which is revolutionizing employee management with an AI-supported all-in-one platform
- Onuava, Heidelberg, with an end-to-end fertility platform, Site
- ScoreGO App – Tennis Live Scores, Tübingen, with your mobile platform for tennis fans around the world, Site
- VetRec, Heilbronn, which specifically recruits veterinarians from non-European countries and trains them for the German market
- Water without microplastics powered by Wasser 3.0, Karlsruhe, which develops and scales technologies for water without microplastics and micropollutants, Site
