Online from Monday: The START program

August 2023
Exactly four weeks before the event, the complete START program will be online from next Monday, August 21.08st. A highlight from the exciting after-work program: MEET2INNOVATE, the format for cooperation between founders and start-ups with companies. A female founder looking for investors on the MEET2INNOVATE panel is Dr. Meike Saul, chemist and pharmaceutical entrepreneur since founding her start-up CURNOVA in April 2023.
Based on her research at the TU Darmstadt, she is developing new drugs based on micro-RNA; she is currently working on biomarker tests for personalized cancer medicine and RNA drugs against osteoarthritis. The concern of the young entrepreneur and her CURNOVA team: to convert their research results into effective therapies and to help people. The young entrepreneur and winner of the Boehringer Ingelheim Innovation Prize is currently looking for investors and industrial partners to support her in launching new therapeutics. “Germany is an important location for start-ups. Due to the current economic situation, it is difficult to find investors," says Dr. Mike Saul. "I am very excited about the contacts, discussions and networking at START Rhein-Neckar with other start-ups as well as with companies, corporations and representatives of the pharmaceutical industry."
