Opportunities in Germany, opportunities for Germany: start-ups with a migration background in the START program

June 2022
The presentation "Chance in Germany: starting a business with a migration background and refugee experience" at 12:30 p.m. in Hub 2 of the MAFINEX Technology Center is the focus of the START program. "We often accompany founders with a migration background in their successful start into self-employment," says Giampaolo Silvestri, Pro Social Business e. V. and speaker of the lecture at START Rhein-Neckar on July 9, 2022 in Mannheim. “Whether 'alba – startup program for foreign founders' or the 'RaumZeit' program - from right of residence to business planning, funding and financing as well as target group analysis, there is really good support. And we know how to do it,” explains the Executive Board. In his presentation, Giampaolo Silvestri will give a compact overview of the various funding programs and, together with his multilingual team, will be answering questions from the START audience all day at the booth.
